The retailer posted a 22 percent rise in sales to £102 million for the year to 26 March. EBITDA also rose 37 percent to £10.7 million.
Trading since March has been solid and the company has reported that it is on track to deliver further sales and EBITDA growth this year.
In spite of the strong performance, The White Company has said it remains "cautious of the still challenging retail and broader macroeconomic climate."
A further announcement detailed that the company's managing director of five years, Patricia Alford-Burnett, is set to stand down next year. Alford-Burnett is to work with Chrissie Rucker, the company's founder, to find a successor. This process is expected to finish around spring 2012.
