About 3 yrs back, I been up to this mindful spot since the day I own a canon entry level 1000D, I was not terrific happy with my initial inexperience result n repeated this particular familiar yet with mix emotional spot once more after I own another new Canon EOS 500D yr later. Each time, a Iittle wish to acquire a better ideal weather to attempt similar shot with a newer hope from another newer camera capability but always with a unchanged ultra wide Sigma 10-20mm to fit the bill of these enormous scale "Temple in Red" dwelling the heart of the city in Chinatown. I skip my newly purchase Canon 7D up here as formal intention die due to it was not fully my cup of tea n had decided to sold it without hesitation of love within month plus of ownership.

Yesterday once more, with some struggle of late expected afternoon rain n continue bad weather, Me n my wife, jo arrive with my 1 yr odd older Canon 5D Mark2 n treck the similar, familiar foot step to bring me up here once more, again the nostalgic mix emotion of strong urination smell the staircase confirm my arrival with no doubts, the sentimental of heading up each floor to reccee for my regular spot again make me undecisively glance into the long mono corridor where majority old folks reside here. Common corridor was usually stock up with some habitual resident's extra unwanted sentimental possesion n hence it look a bit dim n cluster. Each level i gradually accented exhibit a similar yet unique atmosphere, the unknown residents audible conversation in their fluent local familiar mother tongue was echoeing in the long narrow corridor n some grandma home cook nostalgic fragrance aroma best ready dishes smell n circulate around within the conceal olden Hdb unique design, was very tempting to remind others is dinner time, of course, for sure as I always prefer chosing shooting at this particular blue hour with such sensational encounter is normal.

I notice no much changes with the Buddha tooth relic temple except few new beautiful lighted building n a temporary tentage elected was obstructing view with my limitation wide lens this time, my ef24-105mm was a bit reserve to perform at tight environment as concern. No choice n I finalise to land at the 5-6 floor to end my another day of experience here 3 yrs back once more!
