The Lonely Knight reaches Southwater

The 'Lonely Knight' (Colin Bickers) left Worthing, by the sea in West Sussex, on St Georges Day, dressed in full medieval armour on a walk of 60 miles, to arrive in London in time to cast a single rose before the Royal carriage at the wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton.


He arrived in Southwater greeting children, families and well wishers who encouraged him on his quest to raise money for the charities - 'Chestnut Tree House' children's hospice and Help for Heroes.
